Atividade 1

We called the University of Denver, Colorado, to speak to teacher Melanie. Listen to how the secretary at the university's office answered the phone by clicking here. Now, choose the correct phrase, both in terms of content and politeness, to follow up on the conversation.

You are are at UNIVESP's office, the telephone rings and the secretaries are really busy. You decide to help them by picking up the call and saying:

"UNIVESP, Beto Mendes, com quem eu falo?"

"This is Mr. Banks, from Denver University"
